Sintaya / Industries / Roofing & restoration
When the storm hits, every call lands somewhere.
After a storm, the calls come in faster than anyone can answer. Sintaya picks them up, puts active leaks through to your crew, and books inspections for the rest.
From $197 a month · no setup fee · nothing due before your first call is answered
A roofing company, during a storm
Caller — A tree limb came through the roof and water’s coming in.
Sintaya — That’s urgent, so I’m ringing the on-call crew for you right now.
Caller — Okay. Thank you.
Sintaya — If they can’t pick up, I’ll text them your address and number the moment we hang up.
01 What it handles for you
The calls you can’t take, taken properly.
No queue behind one phone
Storm calls don’t wait in line behind each other the way they do at a one-person front desk.
Active leaks first
Water coming in rings your on-call crew straight away. Inspections and quotes get booked.
Insurance questions noted
Claim numbers, adjuster visits and photos to send — it takes the details down for your team.
Storm calls all land somewhere, however many arrive in the same hour.
02 How it fits the way you work
Your number, your calendar, your rules.
You keep the number you already give out. Calls you don’t pick up go to Sintaya instead of voicemail, and every one reaches you as a text.
Sintaya books straight into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook. If you schedule in software like AccuLynx or JobNimbus, it takes the details and texts you to confirm.
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing are the call flows Sintaya was built on, so setup is the quickest there is. Your part is about five minutes of call forwarding, and we’ll give you a go-live date before you sign.
03 Questions
What roofing & restoration owners ask first.
Will it promise a crew by a certain time?
No. It books an inspection slot that’s actually open, or puts urgent calls through to you. It never promises an arrival time you haven’t given it.
What happens to the calls it can’t transfer?
If nobody picks up, it takes the caller’s name, number, address and what happened, and texts it to you straight away.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. The first thing it says on every call is that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers who’d rather speak to a person can ask for one. Call recording is switched off at the moment; if it is ever turned on, that is disclosed in the same breath.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $197 a month, with no setup fee and nothing due before your first call is answered. All four are compared side by side, with what each one does and does not do, on the plans page.

04 Hear it before you decide anything
Talk to Sintaya yourself. Right now.
No form, no signup. Dial this number and you are talking to the same assistant your callers would get.
(904) 850-7450On a computer? Point your phone’s camera here and it dials the demo line for you.
The demo line answers as Sintaya Home Services, a plumbing company we invented, because it had to be set up as some business. Yours would answer as your roofing & restoration business: your services, your hours, your prices.
It will tell you it’s an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers.
