Sintaya AI Phone Reception

Sintaya  /  Industries  /  Plumbing & HVAC

For plumbing & hvac

Your phone rings at 2 AM. Someone answers.

Burst pipes and dead furnaces don’t wait for office hours. Sintaya picks up the calls you can’t, sorts the emergencies from the routine, rings you for the ones that can’t wait, and books the rest onto your calendar.

From $197 a month · no setup fee · nothing due before your first call is answered

A plumbing company, 11:15 PM

Caller — Water’s pouring out from under my sink and I can’t find the shut-off.

Sintaya — That’s urgent, so I’m putting you through to the on-call plumber right now.

Caller — What if nobody picks up?

Sintaya — Then I’ll take your address and text it straight to them, so they can call you back.

01 What it handles for you

The calls you can’t take, taken properly.

Emergencies from routine

It asks whether the job can wait. Anything you’ve told us is an emergency rings you at any hour; the rest gets booked.

The right van, the right calendar

Run more than one crew? It books each job onto the calendar of the crew that covers it.

The address before you drive

Name, callback number, address and what’s wrong — in a text before you’ve wiped your hands.

What you get back first

A 2 AM burst pipe reaches you as a phone call, not a voicemail you find at seven.

02 How it fits the way you work

Your number, your calendar, your rules.

You keep the number you already give out. Calls you don’t pick up go to Sintaya instead of voicemail, and every one reaches you as a text.

Booking

Sintaya books straight into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook. If you schedule in field-service software like Housecall Pro or Jobber, it takes the caller’s details and the job, and texts you to confirm the time.

Setup

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing are the call flows Sintaya was built on, so setup is the quickest there is. Your part is about five minutes of call forwarding, and we’ll give you a go-live date before you sign.

03 Questions

What plumbing & hvac owners ask first.

Will it tell customers what a job costs?

Only what you tell it to. If you give it your call-out fee or standard prices, it quotes them. If a caller asks for something it hasn’t been given, it says someone will confirm the price rather than guessing.

What counts as an emergency?

Whatever you decide. We set it up with you — flooding, a gas smell, no heat, no hot water — and anything on that list rings you straight away, day or night.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. The first thing it says on every call is that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers who’d rather speak to a person can ask for one. Call recording is switched off at the moment; if it is ever turned on, that is disclosed in the same breath.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $197 a month, with no setup fee and nothing due before your first call is answered. All four are compared side by side, with what each one does and does not do, on the plans page.

On a computer? Point your phone’s camera here and it dials the demo line for you.

The demo line answers as Sintaya Home Services, a plumbing company in Jacksonville we invented so you can push on it properly. Tell it your water heater is leaking and ask to book.

It will tell you it’s an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers.

Rather we called you?

Leave a number and a real person from Sintaya will ring you to talk it through.

We’ll only use this to call you about Sintaya. No texts, no mailing list.
