Sintaya / Industries / Law & professional services
New clients call at night. Now someone answers.
People call a lawyer, an accountant or an adviser when the day is over and the worry isn’t. Sintaya answers, takes the details your intake needs, and gets them to you that night.
From $197 a month · no setup fee · nothing due before your first call is answered
A family law firm, Sunday 8 PM
Caller — I need to talk to someone about a custody situation.
Sintaya — I can take your details so an attorney can call you back. What’s your name and the best number?
Caller — Sam Ortiz. This number is fine.
Sintaya — Thank you, Sam. The firm has your details tonight, and someone will call you back.
01 What it handles for you
The calls you can’t take, taken properly.
Intake details, taken
The questions your intake starts with — name, number, what it’s about, how they found you — asked and sent to you.
No advice given
It never gives legal, tax or financial advice. It takes the enquiry and says an attorney or adviser will call back.
Consultations booked
If you offer consultation slots, it books them into your calendar. If not, it takes the details for a callback.
New enquiries get taken at night and on weekends, which is when people finally call.
02 How it fits the way you work
Your number, your calendar, your rules.
You keep the number you already give out. Calls you don’t pick up go to Sintaya instead of voicemail, and every one reaches you as a text.
Sintaya books into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook. It doesn’t connect to practice-management software like Clio, and it doesn’t run conflict checks, so every new enquiry comes to you to review first.
Sintaya was first built for home-service trades, so for law & professional services we write the call flow around how your business actually works, and the first setup takes longer than for a plumber. Your part is still about five minutes of call forwarding, and we’ll give you a go-live date before you sign.
03 Questions
What law & professional services owners ask first.
Does it create an attorney–client relationship?
No. It tells callers it’s an AI assistant taking details for the firm, and it doesn’t give advice or accept a matter on your behalf.
What about confidential details?
It asks only for what intake needs. Where recordings and transcripts are kept, and who can hear them, is on our security page.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. The first thing it says on every call is that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers who’d rather speak to a person can ask for one. Call recording is switched off at the moment; if it is ever turned on, that is disclosed in the same breath.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $197 a month, with no setup fee and nothing due before your first call is answered. All four are compared side by side, with what each one does and does not do, on the plans page.

04 Hear it before you decide anything
Talk to Sintaya yourself. Right now.
No form, no signup. Dial this number and you are talking to the same assistant your callers would get.
(904) 850-7450On a computer? Point your phone’s camera here and it dials the demo line for you.
The demo line answers as Sintaya Home Services, a plumbing company we invented, because it had to be set up as some business. Yours would answer as your law & professional services business: your services, your hours, your prices.
It will tell you it’s an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers.
