Sintaya  /  Plans

Which plan, and why.

The four plans differ in two things: how much calling you do, and how many people, chairs, rooms or trucks the assistant has to keep straight. Everything else — the answering, the texts, the transcripts, the honesty about what it doesn't know — is the same on all of them.

More than one location or number, a franchise group, or a security review before anything goes live.

No setup fee on any plan, and nothing is due before your first call is answered. Every plan is billed monthly; a six- or twelve-month term simply lowers the monthly rate. Cancel month to month with 30 days' notice.

02 The plans in detail

Start

$197/mo · $177 six months · $147 twelve months

For a business where one person does the work and one book holds the appointments. A one-chair barbershop, a solo stylist or esthetician, a single-truck plumber, a small office that just needs the phone covered while everyone's heads-down. Roughly under four calls a day.

What you get

  • Every call answered on your existing number, 24/7
  • Booking straight onto one Google or Outlook calendar
  • The caller's name, number and what they need, texted to you after every call
  • Transfers to one person when a caller asks for a human
  • Five custom answers — your prices, your hours, your service area
  • Replies to texts sent to the same number
  • Full transcripts and summaries in your own portal, plus a weekly report

What it doesn't do

  • One job at a time — it can't hold two 2pm appointments
  • One transfer destination, so there's no ring order if that person doesn't pick up
  • Everyone's alerts go to the same phone
  • Standard voice rather than your pick

Move up to Growth when a second person starts taking work at the same time, or when the office and the owner need to hear about different things.

Growth

$397/mo · $347 six months · $297 twelve months

For two or three people taking work at once, where more than one person needs telling. A salon with a few chairs, a two-van HVAC company, a dental front desk that drops calls at lunch. Roughly four to twelve calls a day. This is where most small businesses land.

Everything in Start, plus

  • Two jobs booked into the same hour, on two separate calendars
  • Ring order — up to three people tried one at a time until someone answers
  • Leads, bookings and urgent calls routed to different people
  • Urgent-call rules written for your trade, so a real emergency interrupts someone
  • Twenty custom answers instead of five
  • Email and text support

What it doesn't do

  • Two jobs at once, not four
  • One phone number
  • Standard voice rather than your pick
  • Script changes monthly rather than same-week

Move up to Pro when a third crew or chair starts running in parallel, when you need a second number, or when a change to what it says can't wait until next month.

Pro

$897/mo · $797 six months · $697 twelve months

For a real phone operation: several crews or treatment rooms running at once, emergencies that genuinely can't wait, and a phone that's busy most of the day. Trades running multiple crews, a multi-operatory dental practice, a medspa. Roughly twelve to thirty-five calls a day.

Everything in Growth, plus

  • Four jobs booked into the same hour, across four calendars
  • Up to five people in the transfer ring order
  • Your pick of voice, rather than the standard one
  • Unlimited custom answers
  • A second phone number — an overflow line, or one for Spanish-speaking callers
  • Changes to what it says within the same week
  • Done-for-you setup with live test calls before it goes live
  • Priority support and a quarterly review of what the calls are telling you

What it doesn't do

  • One location, not a group
  • No security or privacy review before launch
  • No named contact or service-level commitment

Move up to Enterprise when the phone number belongs to a group rather than a shop, or when someone has to clear a security review before the first call is answered.

Enterprise

Quoted before you sign · twelve months or longer

For more than one location or number, a franchise group, or any business whose vendor paperwork has to clear a review first. Above thirty-five calls a day, or wherever the answer to “whose phone is this?” is a group rather than a person.

Everything in Pro, plus

  • Unlimited parallel jobs and calendars
  • Multiple locations and numbers under one setup
  • A security and privacy review before anything goes live
  • A named contact rather than a support queue
  • A minute allowance written into your agreement
  • Custom contract terms

Worth knowing

  • Not SOC 2 audited, and we can't sign a Business Associate Agreement yet — see Security
  • If you need a Business Associate Agreement, say so before anything else
  • Pricing is per location, against what a location bills

Minutes are connected talk time on answered calls; a typical call runs one to two minutes. We text you at 80% of your allowance and again if you reach it, and we keep answering either way — passing your allowance is a conversation, never a cutoff, and we never bill by the minute. Run over two months in a row and we'll move you up a plan on 30 days' notice, and you can cancel instead if you'd rather.

04 The break-even

How many jobs it has to save.

At the twelve-month rate, this is how many recovered jobs cover the bill for a month. Most businesses miss more calls than this in a week.

In-house cost reflects the fully-loaded cost of a full-time front-desk hire (wages, payroll tax, benefits). Answering-service pricing based on published 2026 flat-rate plans for small businesses. Self-serve AI app pricing is the range of entry and mid-tier plans published by four popular self-serve AI receptionist apps in September 2026.

06 Before you pick

Already using a booking app?

Sintaya books straight onto Google Calendar and Outlook. If your appointments live in Booksy, GlossGenius, Vagaro, Square, Jobber or Housecall Pro, booking stays exactly where it is — we answer the call, answer their questions, and text you the caller's name, number and what they're after within seconds. Your booking app only works for people who were already going to use it. This is for everyone else.

Tell us what you use before you sign. Promising to book into a system we can't write to would double-book you in week one, and we'd rather set it up correctly than sell you a feature that breaks.

Changing plans

Move up at any time; the new rate starts the next billing month and your committed term keeps running to its original end date — upgrading does not restart it. Move down at the end of your current term. If you're between two plans, start lower — moving up mid-term costs you nothing but the higher rate, and an upgrade after a good month is a far easier conversation than a refund after a bad one.

Leaving a term early

You pay the difference between your term rate and the month-to-month rate for your plan, for the months you actually used, and nothing more. On Growth that difference is $100 a month, so leaving three months into a twelve-month term would mean $300. The term buys a lower price; leaving early simply returns that discount. On month to month there's nothing to settle — 30 days' notice and you're done.

What it isn't

It's a capable receptionist, not an infallible one. It will occasionally mishear a name or misjudge how urgent something is, which is why every call reaches you with the full transcript. Review what it delivers rather than treating it as verified. The full detail is in our terms of service.

07 Still deciding

Call it before you pick a plan.

The fastest way to know whether any of this is worth $197 is to talk to it. Dial the demo line and play the customer — ask what hours they're open, tell it something's leaking, try to book an appointment and listen to it check a real calendar.

(904) 850-7450

It will tell you it's an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers. Want a person to walk you through it instead? Email us or call (904) 943-3365 and we'll tell you which plan you'd actually need — including if the answer is the cheapest one.

Already decided? Start your setup — about three minutes of questions, nothing charged, and nothing goes live until you've heard it answer.
