Sintaya / Industries / Dental & medical
Every caller answered, even when the front desk is full.
When the front desk is on one line, the second and third caller shouldn’t hit voicemail. Sintaya answers, takes new-patient details and appointment requests, and gets them to your team straight away.
From $197 a month · no setup fee · nothing due before your first call is answered
A dental office, lunch hour
Caller — I chipped a tooth and it’s starting to hurt. Can someone see me?
Sintaya — I’m sorry to hear that. I’ll mark this as urgent for the team — can I take your name and the best number?
Caller — Dana Ruiz. This number’s fine.
Sintaya — Thanks, Dana. The office has your details now, and someone will call you back shortly.
01 What it handles for you
The calls you can’t take, taken properly.
New patients, captured
Name, number, what they need and how they found you — sent to your team before the caller has hung up.
Urgent, by your rules
You decide what counts as urgent. Those calls are flagged and put through to the person you choose.
No clinical advice
It never diagnoses or advises. It takes the message and gets it to your team, and says so to the caller.
The second and third caller get answered while the front desk is still on the first.
02 How it fits the way you work
Your number, your calendar, your rules.
You keep the number you already give out. Calls you don’t pick up go to Sintaya instead of voicemail, and every one reaches you as a text.
Sintaya can book into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook. It doesn’t connect to practice-management systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental, so for most practices it takes the appointment request and your team confirms the time.
Sintaya was first built for home-service trades, so for dental & medical we write the call flow around how your business actually works, and the first setup takes longer than for a plumber. Your part is still about five minutes of call forwarding, and we’ll give you a go-live date before you sign.
03 Questions
What dental & medical owners ask first.
Can you sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Not yet, and that is the question that matters rather than "are you HIPAA certified" — no such certification exists. If our assistant answers your line, callers say why they are calling a dental practice, which is protected health information, and you need a signed BAA with us before sharing it. Until we can sign one, we are not the right choice for a practice, and we would rather say so here than after you have signed something. Our security page sets out where we are.
Will it give callers medical advice?
No. It doesn’t diagnose, suggest treatment or say whether something can wait. It takes the caller’s details, flags anything you’ve marked urgent, and gets it to your team.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. The first thing it says on every call is that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers who’d rather speak to a person can ask for one. Call recording is switched off at the moment; if it is ever turned on, that is disclosed in the same breath.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $197 a month, with no setup fee and nothing due before your first call is answered. All four are compared side by side, with what each one does and does not do, on the plans page.

04 Hear it before you decide anything
Talk to Sintaya yourself. Right now.
No form, no signup. Dial this number and you are talking to the same assistant your callers would get.
(904) 850-7450On a computer? Point your phone’s camera here and it dials the demo line for you.
The demo line answers as Sintaya Home Services, a plumbing company we invented, because it had to be set up as some business. Yours would answer as your dental & medical business: your services, your hours, your prices.
It will tell you it’s an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers.
