Sintaya / Industries / Auto repair
You’re under a car. The drop-off still gets booked.
The phone is in the office and you’re in the bay. Sintaya answers, takes the year, make and model, and books the drop-off while you keep working.
From $197 a month · no setup fee · nothing due before your first call is answered
An auto shop, 10:05 AM
Caller — My check-engine light’s on. Can I bring it in tomorrow?
Sintaya — Tomorrow I have 8 AM or 1 PM for a diagnostic. Which works?
Caller — 8, and it’s a 2016 Civic.

01 What it handles for you
The calls you can’t take, taken properly.
Vehicle details up front
Year, make, model and what’s wrong — so you know what’s coming before it rolls in.
Drop-offs booked
It offers real times from your calendar and books the slot while the caller is on the line.
“Is my car ready?”
It takes the question and the caller’s number and texts it to you, so status calls stop interrupting the bay.
The drop-off gets scheduled while you’re under a car with your phone in the office.
02 How it fits the way you work
Your number, your calendar, your rules.
You keep the number you already give out. Calls you don’t pick up go to Sintaya instead of voicemail, and every one reaches you as a text.
Sintaya books into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook. It doesn’t connect to shop software like Tekmetric or Shopmonkey, so if that’s where you schedule, it takes the request and texts you to confirm.
Sintaya was first built for home-service trades, so for auto repair we write the call flow around how your business actually works, and the first setup takes longer than for a plumber. Your part is still about five minutes of call forwarding, and we’ll give you a go-live date before you sign.
03 Questions
What auto repair owners ask first.
Will it quote repair prices?
Only the ones you give it, like your diagnostic fee or an oil change. Anything that needs a look at the car, it says the shop will quote after the inspection.
Can it tell a customer their car is ready?
Not by itself — it doesn’t see your job board. It takes the question and texts it to you so you can call them back.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. The first thing it says on every call is that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Callers who’d rather speak to a person can ask for one. Call recording is switched off at the moment; if it is ever turned on, that is disclosed in the same breath.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $197 a month, with no setup fee and nothing due before your first call is answered. All four are compared side by side, with what each one does and does not do, on the plans page.

04 Hear it before you decide anything
Talk to Sintaya yourself. Right now.
No form, no signup. Dial this number and you are talking to the same assistant your callers would get.
(904) 850-7450On a computer? Point your phone’s camera here and it dials the demo line for you.
The demo line answers as Sintaya Home Services, a plumbing company we invented, because it had to be set up as some business. Yours would answer as your auto repair business: your services, your hours, your prices.
It will tell you it’s an AI, exactly as it would for one of your customers.
